"The hotel is in a quieter and less busy part of the lake, closer to the big mountain. Room was very quiet and warm at night in early April. There is a heater in the bathroom so I felt like in a sauna. The mattress can also be heated on colder days. They provide a ton of snacks like chocolate, nuts, wafers. We also had afternoon tea once we arrived. Their breakfast is very impressive and not spicy. There’s no lift but a very nice staff girl 直玛 helped us to carry our bags up and down. We also asked if we can get some snacks for our trip back to Lijiang, and she gave so many rose cakes for free. Very satisfied with the service. They also picked us up from another hotel on a car."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even offered a private car service for transfers. From the room, you get a stunning view of Lugu Lake, with Goddess Mountain directly opposite. The breakfast spread was excellent. Plus, they have traditional Mosuo clothing available for guests to take photos in."

"The guy at the front desk was super nice! He replied to messages very quickly and was always there to help with anything we needed. The hotel's location is great, right below the Goddess Mountain cable car. Parking is free at the cable car lot, which is just a two-minute walk from the hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room view was good too, and we could easily walk to Lugu Lake. 👍🏻"

"The shop was fine, but avoid the pig-trough boats at Sanjiacun Wharf, specifically boat number 12. We agreed to take the boat without going around the island, but the boatman insisted we do so, constantly complaining. I clearly stated we didn't want to go around the island, but he continued to complain, which was very annoying. He kept complaining until the very last moment, and his attitude was terrible on the return trip!! Avoid this shop!!"

"Lovely, clean and new hotel, the boss was also very hospitable, exactly the stay and experience I was looking for. Minimarts are located just beside the lobby. The lobby had the nicest view of the lake ever. Highly recommend!"
