"The hotel service was pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff upgraded my room and even gave me complimentary hot spring tickets. The rice noodles at breakfast were delicious, and the chef even took the initiative to personally teach me how to season them, which is something you don't find at other hotels. Huatian's quality is still top-notch."

"I chose this hotel after comparing it with the target travel agency on Ctrip. As soon as we step into the hotel lobby, we can feel its elegant decoration style and warm and thoughtful service. The front desk staff are friendly and the check-in process is efficient and fast, making you feel warm. The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable and soft, and the sound insulation effect is very good, making it comfortable to sleep at night. The facilities in the room are smart and convenient throughout the house. They are tidy and clean, making people feel happy. We are quite satisfied with our accommodation experience at Kaixing Supreme Garden Hotel this time. We give it a thumbs up both in terms of service and facilities."

"كانت تجربة الإقامة جدا رائعة، فاقت كل التوقعات! الغرفة نظيفة ومرتبة، وبها غلاية، وموكيت صغير مريح، والمناشف ناعمة، بيعملوا نعومة ليلة واحدة. المرافق متكاملة ، ولا يحتاج الى أية تفاصيل ليلية ، ويشعرك بانه فندق متكامل. المطعم كان مفاجئا كذلك جزئيا، بوفيه الإفطار متنوع ، أصناف الطعام طازجة ولذيذة، كذلك العشاء كان محترفا للغاية سواء من حيث جودة الاطعمة او الخدمة، المكان هادئ وراقي، التجربة بشكل عام كانت مرضية للغاية. اهم ما يميز الفندق هو السبا المتوفر في الفندق. جودته جيدة جدا. بعد الإستحمام جلست فيه ليلة واحدة فقط. استرخاء كامل وشعرت بالتعب. منطقة السبأ كانت هادئة. المرافق كانت نظيفة وحديثة. نقطة مضاءة كبيرة في هذه الرحلة. طاقم الخدمة ودود ومتجاوب سريع لارضاء النزيل بشكل عام، كانت تجربة إقامة مثالية جدا. وسوف أعود بالتأكيد في المرة القادمة!"

"This hotel had a terrible stay! The staff were both unhelpful and unprofessional. I booked through Ctrip, which included breakfast, but they didn't give me a breakfast voucher upon check-in. I went to the bar in the morning to ask for it, but they said my breakfast was redeemed with points and I should ask them directly. They even blamed me for my bad attitude and told me to speak politely. Unbelievable! When I woke up this morning, I saw blood on my lips in the mirror, like I'd been bitten. Later, I saw a horned insect on the curtain. Unbelievable! Even after checking out, they didn't give me the seasonal fresh fruit and departure gift included in the booking. I had to ask the front desk to check the booking before they gave me the gift. I refused it, even though it was a cheap little thing. Since it was included in the booking, they should have given it to me regardless of whether I wanted it or not. Unbelievable! As a service industry, service is fundamental. They couldn't even provide the most basic service. Unbelievable! My stay was terrible. I wouldn't stay here again even if it were free."
