"There is a Gaoqiao Ranch near the hotel, about 10 minutes' walk away. The environment is very good, but the transportation is not very convenient. The kitchenware and facilities are very complete, especially suitable for a family or friends to travel. You can buy a lot of meat from the supermarket and cook it yourself, and you can also extend the check-out time appropriately. The price is a little expensive during the snow season, but it is still worth it."

"This hotel is not recommended if not by car. It is far from the main ski areas. But their service is nothing to say. The shuttle buses once an hour. The rooms are super clean, the scenery is nice, very quiet, good luck and you can see foxes. The staff are very patient and have questions and answers. I have a little problem in the itinerary. They all helped us book the car and pick us up. If I drive, I will definitely come back."

"Goshiki is a skiers dream come true!!! Ideally located outside of niseko’s high traffic and a step off the stairs away from skinning up a the mountain from Giving it moderate ratings is only because it’s an older structure with minimal maintenance,…. Rooms were very nice and clean and the waters are rich in minerals. Staying here allows for exclusive 24hr onsen access. Pools get busy after 3-7pm when skiers are finishing up their day,… Go enjoy its traditional rustic building while they’re standing. Seems like within 5-10 years it will be developed and owned by a foreign tycoon! Bring your own food,,.. vending machines have beer only,…"

"A very nice apartment hotel! Full set of kitchen appliances, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. The location is excellent. There is a magic carpet right out the door and a cable car up there. There is a ski equipment rental shop in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel, and the price is not expensive. The service amazes me even more. Every employee is very friendly. I also met a Malaysian who can speak Mandarin. He is very cute. I like this hotel very much. I will stay here again next year and will rate this hotel even more. Recommend the hotel to friends and family!"

GGuest UserThis is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included. It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options. There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise. Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us. We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese. The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel. The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves. Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway. The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run.

AArieSfwxnI had a very nice stay here in winter. The snow was heavy and covered the cottage. It is so beautiful. They provide good amenities include the heater and kitchen. But the location was not ideal for public transportation. The nearest bus stop is 1.2km from the cottage -Fujiyama ( bus to Niseko station or any ski resort). However GoTaxi apps are available to save you. And the nearest convenient store 7E is about 1.7km from the cottage. I love to stay here and hopes to coming back next time. And from the cottage you will see a very nice view of Mount Yotei as well.

GGuest UserStayed for two nights, the first night was a twin room, the second night was a tatami + twin room, the room was clean and tidy, there was a kelp hot spring, the breakfast was varied, the snow scenery was beautiful, although the facilities were a bit old, the service was very good, there was a bus to the Annupuri ski resort, there was ski equipment rental in the hotel, which was very convenient, and they had a lot of locals and foreigners staying, and there were evening performances. Worth recommending~~~

JjilinliuyiThe hotel service is slightly inferior to other Ritz. When the hotel helped to pick up the car from the garage, the cab was covered with snow. The hotel includes breakfast, and no one can order a signature dish. After the three of us ordered, only one was served, and it was not served after that. When the people who came in after us and ordered the same meal as us came, we remembered that we asked the waiter if he could help us check when ours would be served. As a result, one waiter went to find another, and the three waiters discussed for a long time, and finally ran over to tell us that the one we ordered was gone. I asked by the way, why did the people at the next table who came later eat, but ours was gone, and why couldn't they tell us in advance? As a result, the waiter just said sorry, and then helped us order another one, and it looked rough after it was served. When we went to the hot spring, our slippers were worn by others. Finally, the ski resort is still good, but remember to make reservations for all snow activities in advance.

GGuest UserThe room was standard Hilton. Ski in ski out, and have very convenient shuttle services to connect with other resorts. Staffs are very nice and professional, a well balanced global team make passengers from different places feel like home. One the other light worth to mention was the TEA ceremony holds by a tea master from Kyoto. Since Hokkaido was famous because it’s dairy products, i didn’t expect run into such a thing here. The tea master really puts a lot of thought into how to make the guests feel the authentic Japanese tea culture. The process wasn’t too complicated for foreigners to follow, and it will amazingly put you in a zen peace mode, like a sort of meditation. Worth to stop by if you stay there.

AAikeerIn fact, it is like a domestic youth hotel. The room area is very small, with only beds next to each other. The guests rest and chat in the living room and dining room. They are basically European and American. The waiters are mainly English-speaking and can basically understand Japanese. don't know. There are public bathrooms on each floor, but there are only a few public bathrooms on the first floor. Those who mind may not adapt.

LLeong FamilyThe staff are not knowledgeable on 3rd party ski hire or ski school. We returned the equipment 1 day earlier and the staff said ok and asked if we are fine with 50% refund. We said yes. The next day they said they never said this.....no English, and don't ask questions, they will not be able to answer. They are well mannered and kind, just no direction and very messy. Bus schedule is also confusing, staff are not clear and busses don't often come without calling and reminding. They say it is due to weather condition, but it wasn't. You need to book set menu dinners at their one and only restaurant, 3 days in advance. We missed the Christmas set dinner, and even though on the phone to reserve the table, we asked for set menu, they didn't decline and they didn't say we needed 3 day advance notice. So we went and ordered small alacarte meals. Small dishes but were absolutely delicious. Hot Spring facility is excellent. Rooms are clean and the layout is fantastic. They have a washing machine that dries as well. Bring your own laundry detergent But I must give 100% credit to them as we left our bag at the lobby and they arranged to send it to Tokyo for us and called the receiving hotel as well,.

Ddoreenxu_1989The hotel's breakfast and dinner are very attentive. Among so many hotels with meals, this one is the best. Well, except for the only advantage, the others are all bad reviews. First of all, the hotel's hot spring is open to day-return guests after 4 pm every day, so the outdoor pool is very large but it will also be crowded with Australians, and these Australian guests are very rough in using the hot spring, so the sanitary conditions of the entire hot spring are average; secondly, there is an older man as a waiter in the restaurant. When I met him the first day, I found that when he served the dishes to each table, he put down the tableware with great force, which was equivalent to throwing, and even spilled the soup. At first I thought it was because of his old age. Later, one day at breakfast, I met a mother and daughter from Shanghai. Because the mother's legs were inconvenient and they couldn't use the Japanese table, they asked to change the table. The waiter took the tableware to the new table very badly. I realized that he was not old but did it on purpose ☺️ The price is reasonable, the meal is excellent, and the rest is equivalent to no service

Bbunny1227The restaurant on the fifth floor overlooks the outdoor mixed bathing hot spring pool, and the breakfast is of high quality. The room is clean and comfortable with a large heater. There are ample parking spaces in the two parking lots. There is also a hot spring outlet next to the second parking lot opposite. Many locals come to collect water and take it back for drinking. Yukata for mixed bathing can be picked up at the front desk at any time, and swimsuits are not allowed to enter. There is a small supermarket, capsule toy machine, and coin lockers in the lobby.
