"I read reviews about the friendly and respectful attitude of the staff towards hotel guests. But unfortunately, I didn’t see anything resembling kindness and respect towards myself. And even more so understanding. The owner of the hotel is a very stingy and unfriendly person and for 1 euro he will send you to hell. "I booked this place because I wanted accommodation with a cabin-like feel and was hoping to see the stars through the overhead window, but unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate. Since it is a bit far from the city center for sightseeing, it is worth visiting at least once if you share my romanticized view of the place. I didn't have high expectations for the breakfast, but it had a decent variety, was delicious, and substantial, making my mornings happy. I had a great stay!"

"This was my second stay at the hotel while travelling with work. I absolutely love everything about this hotel. The rooms, the food, the staff are exceptional. I would never stay anywhere else. As I travel alone I didn’t feel like going for dinner on my own so ordered room service, the food was superb! I felt awful because I didnt have any cash so couldn’t give the staff a tip :( Next time I will have to give the spa a whirl. THANKYOU for such a wonderful stay"

"The hotel is very well located and close to everything. The staff were nice and friendly. The downsides were that the room was not cleaned over the 2 days that we were there, and the restaurant inside the hotel was incredibly noisy late at night, which made sleeping quite difficult."

I really liked the beds and linens that they had. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the breakfast they offered. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Nitra."
