If you want to get around on your own terms, you'll need a car if you're staying here. Ample parking on site. It's located a few miles away from the Nizwa fort, but getting there is extremely straightforward indeed. We found the on-site restaurant had plenty of options and was very good, so would question the need to go off-site in the evenings, unless it is for something in particular. Breakfast was not as good as dinner, however. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is one of the few places in Nizwa to serve alcohol, and for Oman, prices are reasonable. Only gripe would be that the play area for children was out of commission, and looked to have been so for some time.

The hotel is excellent, boasting clean rooms and a professional, courteous staff. We were graciously permitted a late check-out, adding to the convenience of our stay. While the breakfast buffet was decent, not overly lavish, it satisfied our needs. The swimming pool was pristine and well looked after. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel offers easy access to numerous attractions. Nizwa Fort and Nizwa Souq are merely an 8-minute drive away. Our experience at the hotel was thoroughly enjoyable, ensuring a pleasant stay overall.

Es ist eine nette Hotelanlage, schön eingerichtet mit einem swimming Pool mit vielen Liegen, man kann im Freien Speisen- das Essen war sehr gut, auch das Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer gut eingerichtet, sauber, funktionierendes WIFI

We stayed here for two nights to explore Nizwa and surroundings. We liked the hotel quite a lot. We especially appreciated the layout - it's really nice to step outside your hotel room and be outside (and not in a dark hallway). The hotel was clean and it was nice to relax by the pool in the afternoon. Food was also good; we especially liked the al la carte dinner menu. Breakfast was very continental - we would have appreciated more local options, but quality was good.

Great hotel and great value for money. Large clean well equipped rooms . Friendly staff. Fantastic outside pool in an Arabian style garden setting. Generous international style breakfast. Highly recommend
