Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, surf school 900 m. Post office on the ground floor of the house. "Lachmöwe", 2-room apartment 50 m2 on 1st floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room 24 m2 with cable TV (flat screen), radio and hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony. 1 room 16 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony 8 m2, north-west facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

The apartment was exactly what we wanted. Clean, comfortable, not far from the beach, not far from shopping and also close to the train station. We would gladly come back

The furnishings are not modern, but the apartment is for us just very comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the closet is large. Shower works reliably, the water doesn't suddenly get cold or hot. Just a small note: in the bedroom it would be nice to have
