A Perfect Stay at Four Eleven York From the moment we stepped into Four Eleven York, we knew we were in for a treat. Without the usual lobby, it exuded charm as expected of a boutique inn, with its stunning decor, gorgeous hardwood floors, amazing freshly scented foyer, and warm welcome from the innkeeper on duty, Hillary. The check-in wasn’t conducted at an oversized counter but rather in the quaint dining room which consisted of introductions, and our room key. Hillary lead us to our room instead of being pointed in the direction of the room like standard hotel accommodation check-in’s. We were pleasantly surprised with the Magnolia suite, which was better than what the online photos depicted. The Magnolia suite itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered a fully stocked snack/beverage cart. The queen sized bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Both the bed and linens were absolutely to die for, but the bathroom was the highlight of the suite, featuring heated floors, a huge shower with a rain soaker shower head, a luxurious soaking tub and high-end toiletries that made us feel pampered. The location of this boutique inn is perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. Overall, our stay at Four Eleven York was nothing short of exceptional. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious experience combined with outstanding service. We decided that whenever we are in Norfolk or VA Beach area, the inn will be our first choice!

Malia McGee, owner of 411 York Boutique Inn and Restaurant, made a special day even more special! Set in the beautiful courtyard nestled between the inn and restaurant, Matthew and Eliana celebrated their lives becoming one with family and friends. It was truly amazing witnessing how much Malia pours her heart into this lovely treasure! With Malia by our side, this whirlwind wedding came together in just 10 days. Her love for what she does - combined with her amazing customer care - made our small ceremony feel romantic, heartfelt, and truly magical. To complete the wedding couple’s enchanted night, Malia suggested the Magnolia Suite at the 411 York Inn, an 1890’s Victorian she restored with some modern-day conveniences like the luxurious bathroom while honoring the genuine warmth and charm of the 19th Century Era. Thank you for going above and beyond and helping us create lasting memories!

The property is a lovely home from the late 1800's and has been updated without losing the charm of its era. Great staff and easy access make this a perfect place to get away.

We stayed in the Magnolia Suite and had a perfect stay. The bed is so comfortable and the bathroom large and well equipped. There are two comfy chairs near the windows. The room was quiet. There is a bit of street noise (cars) but it was not unpleasant nor disruptive to our stay. Breakfast was very good. We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco when we checked in. Staff were helpful. It is very convenient to the Chrysler Museum and USS Wisconsin. We would definitely stay here again.
