Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service and accommodation. Late check ins. Stayed in 3 bedrooms, spiders in each room, which kept returning, broken wardrobe, Leaking ceiling and dampness. The location and access to our Lodge was inaccessible due to 2 steep flights of stairs, no disability access. We needed disabled access room, but nothing was given. Receptionist shrug her shoulders and didn't know how to solve our issues. Very unpleasant stay. BE WARNED.

Everything was amazing friendly quiet amazing for the kids play zone safe staff really helpful and kind food was good service unbelievable anything they can do they will help no problems pool staff was understanding loved our time here definitely come back

We had a lovely short stay as the apartments are close to beaches and attractions. The apartment was clean and basic but the beds and chairs were comfortable. The little touches were nice and practical such as the washing up liquid, tea and coffee and kitchen roll. The apartment could have benefited from some sofa cushions, pictures and rugs. Also check out was at 10am and it would have been better for us if it was a little later (say 11) but we would definitely come back and recommend to others as a place to stay in North Devon.

It’s a nice site clean and tidy, with friendly staff. The apartment was average with some damage to walls and equipment but was liveable for a few days. The only downside is they fail to let you know they will be holding parties inside. Which if your apartment is facing the hall and building is loud and go on late into the night, with people playing football by cars.

My partner stayed here for 2 nights & was so disappointed,as we hadn’t been away for a few years due to my partners ill health. The room didn’t feel clean,the shower had mould in it,the sink had a big crack in it,the water was Luke warm when showing,the food menu was very limited.I wouldn’t go there again.So disappointing 😢

It's a good location with Tescos extras at walking distance. It was quiet being the weekend during school term. It has good facilities such as swimming pool, children's play area etc. Lots of parking and the hosts were friendly. Could have been a bit more cleaner.

The chalets are basic but have everything needed. The chalets were being updated when we were there but sadly not one we were in. The bathroom towel rail and rim of the shower cubicle were not as clean as I would like. I found the mattress too soft but i am used to a memory foam mattress so others might find it comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The steak meal we had was delightful and I highly recommend for great value on Tuesdays Steak Night. Convenient location to local Tesco and a nice walk down to the town. Luckily we didn't have to walk back up.

Rooms were comfy. Only one restaurant and had to wait 2 hours for my pizza and chips. The football tour was a shambles as we had to wait ages because they had the football on a big screen knowing it was the presentation night. There were too many people in there and it was a health and safety concern.
