CCStayed for short stay was clean and comfortable! Rooms were spacious and clean as well beds were comfortable! Seemed to be following all of the new covid rules and regulations!

CCDate went wrong delayed check in made us late to everything 🥺- get to the hotel and realize there’s a deposit “security fee “ is way more then the room rate per night & way more then I ever paid at a hotel! It wasn’t listed on trip.Therefore me and my partner weren’t aware of a 250$ on top of 150$! No hot continental breakfast as mentioned here/ just breakfast bags with a hot sandwich which is tacky!

HhowardzouI stayed at this hotel on my last day in New York. The location was good, but the bed was too soft and my back hurt. It snowed heavily the next day and it was beautiful.

GGuest UserI specifically reserved a king room with a walk in shower, which I always do due to a partial disability. I was told none were available upon arrival, and even though one front desk representative personally spoke to a manager, no offer of a change of rooms or any other suitable compensación was offered. This despite a posted sign outside of the elevators that satisfaction was guaranteed. The manager never even spoke to me directly.

AAnonymous UserParking is free, it’s quick to get to Flushing, and there’s no traffic jam at JFK Airport. If New York is not your main destination and you just want to take a break, this hotel is highly recommended.
