"Apart from cleanliness and location, what needs to be badly upgraded is the service here. The communication between the staff is bad. There’s no proper passover when my room needs an attention. I have to repeat myself 3 times again and again. I believe there should be a proper way of handling certain matters. Staff at restaurant, they need a proper training I believe. Even when we speak in Bahasa or English, they seem clueless. I do not want to mention names here but they really need a proper guidelines and training. At both days during our breakfast, the order came completely wrong. We prayed twice and thrice but it does not made any difference. Good place but sadly the attitude of the staff pulled down experience stayed there."

"This lodge was absolutely gorgeous and had amazing panoramic views from the ocean to the top of Mt. Rinjani. The garden is lush and colorful and full of butterflies, dragonflies and swifts. Staff were very kind to us and the food was generally yummy though somewhat expensive compared to other restaurants nearby. The resort is an easy walk to the nearby waterfalls as well as Rinjani trailhead, but there is not much around the area. Swimming pools were nice. Our showers didn't have much water pressure and we could only get hot water to work in one bathroom. The rooms are nicely designed though and comfortable. The only criticism I have about the dining is that they charged us for waters at meals when the water was free for guests if we just filled up our own bottles. Also, i would suggest that the staff empty out decorative containers that collect water as we saw some mosquito larvae inside them."

"Very cost-effective, more than 20 minutes' drive from Bangsal Pier. Except for the bad beach, everything else is very good. With swimming pool, lawn and unparalleled sea view, you can lie down all day. The waiters are all enthusiastic and generous, and meals and drinks are not expensive. "We loved the atmosphere. Beautiful mountain back drop, stunning. Staff were very good, dinner and breakfast in their Rooftop Cafe and walking distance to a waterfall, a few stairs to conquer there. Only one complaint, Neighbourhood dogs were noisy throughout the night. Otherwise we loved it here."
