Myrtle BeachAccess: Sandpiper Villa is located on the top floor (3rd floor NO ELEVATOR) which gives you the best view of the beach. Self-check in only & you will be given your own personal entry code to both the front and back doors. Parking: One assigned parking space is given per stay, and also a first come first serve parking on the beach access side of the building (any spot not assigned). Overflow parking is located approximately 100yds down on 33rd St. Two yellow parking decals provided & must be displayed to park. Decals must be left in the condo upon checkout. No motorcycles, RV's, Trailers, Golf Carts or boats allowed to park at the on site or overflow parking lots.Family room includes: dining table with four chairs, three stools for the kitchen counter, sofa, swivel chair, Smart TV W/ cable and access to the large balcony.Bedroom #1: king bed with access to the large balcony, Smart TV & cable channels, and an ensuite full bath Bedroom #2: two bunk beds (Twin over full & twin over twin) with access to the hallway full bath.Balcony: Large balcony with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the ocean view, and backdoor access to the pool and beach.Pool: Complex outdoor pool. Open at the HOA discretion.Beach Access: located on the NE side of the building with a direct line to the beach.All beach accessories (Towels, umbrellas, toys, chairs, etc...)
