The Chapel Valley Estate came highly recommended to us by a local relative. It only took a few minutes after our arrival to see it was a stunning, unique and impeccably run Bed & Breakfast. The architectural vision in the renovation of the original farmhouse is so lovely, with many quiet areas inside and out to relax, read, walk or contemplate in a peaceful, hospitable and very clean atmosphere. The prices are also extremely reasonable. The genuine care and generosity of Tom and Pat Bishop is apparent in the delicious breakfasts, as well as snack/coffee/tea options in the Guest Lounge. They showed great concern for meeting our dietary and allergy-related needs, and have warm personalities that made us feel a part of their B&B family. In addition to their bedrooms and suites, the Chapel Valley Estate also accommodates large groups for indoor and outdoor events, weddings, showers, business seminars, graduation parties, etc. Chapel Valley Estate is outstanding in every way! We loved that it was so quiet and peaceful. The living space in the upstairs cottage/loft.
The owners were very nice and willing to help in anyway that they could.
They made a great breakfast to start your day.

Chapel Valley Estates B&B exceeded all of our expectations. Beautiful home, grounds, rooms and facilities. Owners Pat and Tom were tremendous, friendly, helpful and just fun to be with. Breakfast was excellent! Will definitely go back!

What a fantastic B & B. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming. We stopped on our way to visit family and liked it so much we booked a room on our return trip. The rooms are well appointed with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. if you are in the area, I highly recommend Chapel Valley Estate. Also, for golfers who may want to plan a golf trip to Olde Stonewall Golf Club, this is just a mile down the road and a perfect lodging choice.

Visited for 19th wedding anniversary. The estate was well-marked and check-in was easy. The room (Cottage Loft) was immaculately clean and charmingly decorated. We really appreciated that there was water and snacks in the room after a long trip. Comfy bed and quiet night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I wish we could have eaten more and stayed longer.

This was such a pleasant one night stop on our driving trip. Pat and Tom were such gracious hosts - calling in advance to make sure we knew how to get into our room and checking with dietary preferences. The room was comfortable and the common area had snacks and drinks - everything was very welcoming. Breakfast was a treat - fantastic home cooked food and lovely conversation with the hosts. You can tell that they really love doing what they do and interacting with their guests. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is in the area.

The Cottage Loft is a large, well-equipped space. It was clean and comfortable, although the cramped bathroom might be an issue if you're staying more than just one or two nights. The breakfast was excellent, although the hovering of the hosts might be a little much for some people.

Prom weekend! Pat and Tom were lovely hosts. The place is extremely well thought out and thoughtful in it's approach to hosting. As a group we reserved all the rooms in the B&B. They were all unique and each had something to make it desirable. The suites are worth stepping up to if you have the opportunity. Bedding is comfortable, everyone slept well. We ranged in age from teens to 70's, and everyone was pleased. Breakfast. There are not words to describe breakfast. Amazing! Picky teens ate well. Adults found it a rare moment in a busy weekend to just relax. Met all dietary needs and issues. The BEST stay at a B&B I ever had. Great for a special occasion. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Teens enjoyed the grounds and exploring the layout.
