Restaurants within walking distance, shops close by and a short bike ride to the center of Surf City. Coming from out of town? We have you covered; linens, towels, beach chairs, toys, bicycles, beach cart, corn hole boards, rods and reels, coolers…. And more! We have a fire pit, outdoor grill and don’t forget the ELEVATOR. We have a community pool just a few steps away. For our guests convenience and safety, we have keyless entry, parking for at least 4 cars, fire extinguishers, emergency ladder located on Master Suite deck, Ring camera with view of driveway and elevator door entrance. The private elevator is a welcome amenity for those with mobility issues and taking groceries and luggage to upper floors. The “Toy Closet” is available to our guests. Inside you will find beach chairs, fishing equipment, corn hole boards, sand toys, skim boards, floats, boogie boards, bocce ball, spike ball, badminton set, beach umbrellas, beach cart and a wagon for the kids!
