Ac of the room was not working food quality was also poor and the reception team don't even have other good room all the other room was having same problem then we left the hotel and went to Oyo I will never gonna stay in seven seas again in my life very bed experience

I attended a wedding here last night, but due to sudden rain disrupting the outdoor setup, we had to dine at the restaurant. The service team was exceptionally courteous and accommodating. The food was hot and fresh, and they did a fantastic job of quickly creating a comfortable dining space for everyone. Kudos to the team!

Supportive staff and friendly

it's my personal experience, of this stay staff should be well educated and professional, room mini bar ( fridge) was not working , as per the guest check inn time fo department and housekeeping should be check twice before the guest check inn , when I informed to hotel staff no one was before the 1 hrs , and still having the same problem, no hair dryer was kept in room , no one came for turndown service and housekeeping room service cleaning , so as per the name of seven seas I would not like to recommend this hotel it's better go and take the low budjet hotel if you are looking for this type of services , atleast duty manager , front manager has to be connnect with guest and ask to guest what's the problem how we can solve it ,I called to fo desk and requested please connect me to the front office manager or duty manager he deained and told he is not here so overall I would say it's was very bad experience , I would not recommend for stay in this property, my check in time was 2 pm and I got room at 3 pm because of room mini bar ( fridge was not working ) hotel has been changed my room twice but still having the same problem No turn down ( room cleaning service was given from the housekeeping it's common sense , I have to wait for hk department and asked to him please do cleaning the room , If guest check in time is 2 pm why your hotel did not checked all the things are working working properly , Room tv was not working Really very pathetic experience and multiple issues , mmt is also just look for money not think from the customer side
