Woodstock Inn, Station and Brewery

My husband and I, along with 4 of our friends stayed for the long 2025 Memorial Day weekend. This was the 3rd year in a row that my husband and I have stayed at your Inn. We have always had a great experience, great food, great drinks, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. We did have the same experience, however I was a bit disappointed in the package that I expected we had paid for. When booking I explained to my friends that there was an off season retreat package that worked great the last 2 times we went. You receive coupons for breakfast and dinner. We all booked our rooms during a week when the Inn was closed (for vacation maybe, not sure) so we had to book online (there were only a couple rooms left so we wanted to scoop them up). When I received confirmation I noticed the off season retreat was not listed. When the Inn opened back up I called and I was told it is not offered during holiday weekends. I explained to the woman that it did not state that at all on the website. She began to get argumentative with me stating it says so in the website. She then tried to offer me the Romance package, which clearly stated it was not honored on holidays. I told her that and she got annoyed with me. I asked to speak with the manager and she told me she would talk to them and call me back, which she did. She told me the manager said the off season package is NEVER honored during holidays and they refuse to change their mind and there was nothing they would do about it. I logged back onto your website to find that after I called, the manager went on and changed the wording on your website. Honestly, I think that it should have been honored for myself and my friends because it was not stated on the website when we booked. The way I was spoken to by the woman at the front desk (I didn't catch her name, but I know who she is) was very rude and she didn't care at all when I told her we may cancel 3 rooms because of it. I did take a screen shot of the website package before and after to show that it was indeed changed after I called, see attached photos below. Best business practice would have been to apologize and honor the package deal, and then correct it on the website. I honestly don't know if any of us will return.

We are return customers, love the area. Inn Needs a little updating , Rae the Inns’ receptionist was wonderful and friendly. Bartender Saturday night May24th, was very rude and wanted to charge us $2.00 for a splash of wine, once we stated that we wanted to purchase the bottle, I stated “after buying a bottle and staying two nights there and spending almost $400. “. “I said do what you have to do”Order dinner, food was great. Then when it came time for bill,we had extra drinks on tab, when we pointing that out he got confrontational and rude. Grabbing stapled receipt from wrapped bottle, then staples another one, one drink still on, rips that receipt off again. Unbelievable This was our first night, of two nights we booked. Needless to say we didn’t eat, drink or spend anymore money there for the duration of our stay. Plenty of places in that great little town But that’s only one person that works there and we were not gonna let it ruin our whole weekend. Rae did say she further the complaint to management,I was in tears , but nothing was ever said to us nor did we receive and email or call

The room was very cozy and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. I always enjoy my stays at the Woodstock Inn Brewery! I would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. Food at the restaurant was great! A very cool spot!

This was a 10/10 experience for our family and the friends we met up with. The staff was incredible -- helpful, informative, accommodating. The value for the room, the grounds, and the overall time we spent has us telling all of our friends to make the trip and planning ours for next year already.

One of the nicest Ins we’ve been to, very well furnished and super clean not even dust anywhere. Very impressed . The pub is great too and breakfast is the best anywhere. We will definitely be back. it’s nice during mud season, not many people on the trails and no traffic.

We had a great stay as always! The people are awesome, and the breakfast was more than we could eat. Generous portions and we love the sticky buns! Not to mention the great choice of beers on tap! The room was clean and cozy. I would highly recommend!
