There are two bedrooms: one with two beds 120 x 200 cm and 80 x 200 cm, and the other with two 80 x 200 cm beds plus one high bed 90 x 200 cm. On the upper floor, there is a sleeping area with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and a separate 80 x 200 cm bed, along with two high-quality foldable beds (80 x 200 cm) with thick mattresses. The villa includes a separate WC, a utility room with a washing machine, and a sauna (with an electric stove). The washroom features two showers. On the covered terrace in the backyard, there is a gas grill and garden furniture. There is a garage on the property, but it is not available for tenant use. There is a three-phase power outlet on the garage wall for charging electric vehicles with your own charger. The villa offers internet access via Wi-Fi.
