Soak in the natural light at the Skylight Barn! Only 8 minutes to Highland Mountain Bike Park. Off of the beaten path and private yet a minute's drive to the amenities of Tilton, NH. About 20 minutes drive from the lakes and 35 to the mountains. This second story barn space is a large studio style layout with a 3/4 bath and all of the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Please note that the center beam is on the short side, about 5.5 feet tall.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Excessively dirty cleaning fee $200. ie. Staining floor/walls, leaving unwashed dinnerware, trash left about, etc..Late check out is not permitted. Late check out of 30 min past is $50 fee. After two hours a full day is charged.,Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate cancellation of the stay..About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

This space is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. Host provided coffee and fixings, games, books, bottle water and even a couple of condiments. Its so close to everything and yet at the property its like in the woods. Perfect place for relaxation and peace. HIGHLY suggest staying here!

Very nice and clean property! Had everything we needed, and a lot of little details were present that made our stay exemplary. The location is just perfect and makes you feel away from it all while providing easy access to whatever you may need. Also, highly recommend the pizza place in downtown Tilton.

Bike week We enjoyed the loft, clean and secluded. We found to hidden *eggs* they were an added surprise hidden with in the loft ! We bought a little something and hid it as an addition too the two we found!.. We would definitely stay here again when we go up to viaiit family and friends

My stay. Excellent place to stay. Girlfriend and I wanted a place to get away from the city for a weekend and this was it. It has everything you need plus the quiet you came for. Would recommend to anyone thinking about booking a stay.

Great stay! Everything was great about this stay. Very clean place set off the road a little but only a few minutes from all the shops. Stairs and everything were shoveled and salted when we got there and there was more close by if we needed it. Left during a snow storm and the host was very nice and plowing the road which helped a lot. Definitely going to be staying here again!
