Maple Tree House - 3 miles from stadium, tucked away from traffic

Great Impressive

The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient for doing stuff with my UA student. The yard was poorly kept. The walls and door jambs were dirty. Spiderwebs/cobwebs throughout the family room. My mother killed a few roaches in the bedroom that she slept in. There were 3 towels for a place that should sleep 7. The upholstery on the kitchen table chairs was nonexistent. The bathroom for the primary bedroom was dark(needs much more lighting for the dark wall, tile and toilet) and desperately needs an exhaust fan. The lack of a fan made the bedroom too humid. The pedestal sink in the bathroom is not secure and moves as you use it. I truly don’t wish to bash the place but i wish someone would have told me these things before I chose to rent it.

Great place in the Tuscaloosa area Dustin responded almost immediately to my questions. The house was clean and well maintained. The perfect base for a weekend getaway in T-Town. The beds are comfortable. The family room is large. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again.

Lovely home Beds were comfortable ~ house was very nice and accommodated everything we need to fellowship together for our son graduation. Would definitely stay again!

Nice location to Tuscaloosa It was nice. Cabinetry a little run down in the kitchen. Nicely renovated bathrooms. Excellent proximity to downtown Tuscaloosa (not walkable) but an easy drive just over the bridge. Nice furnishings.
