An amazing place to stay right in the heart of nightlife of Norwhich, bars, pubs, clubs are all around, yet the rooms are quiet. The workers were perfectly accommodating, rooms were clean and cozy, would love to have a mini fridge in the room but it's no biggie. Totally worth staying there.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Norwich Central Riverside Travelodge. Every thing was as it should be, warm ,clean & very comfortable. Breakfast was very good value for money. All the staff we met were really friendly & very helpful. I would have no hestitation returning there in the future.

I stayed here with a friend for a weekend in Norwich. We were checked in by Scott who was super friendly & welcoming. The hotel has obviously recently been refurbished & looks really lovely. We got into our room which was clean & fresh, no problems at all. Staff all very friendly. After a very good night sleep & ready to check out of our room, we saw Christina who was very friendly & professional. We needed some advice on the area & she went above & beyond to help us. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a good night sleep with a comfortable, clean bed !

Decent place. Nice staff. Easy online booking. Cost was nice too. Bed comfortable. I recommend to improve the shower pressure a bit more. Overall experience was very good. Easy location and access with baby push chair, staff also provided a cot.

The staff were both friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The premises were impeccably clean and well-organised, enhancing the overall experience. Additionally, the breakfast served was of really good quality, further contributing to a delightful stay.

We had a very comfortable stay. A group of friends visiting the city. Rooms were basic but very comfortable beds. Spotless rooms, cleaned to a high standard. Our room could have done with a mirror over the vanity table, so we could do our hair and make up. Luckily our friends room did, so we went in there. Otherwise, i am not sure what we would have done. A few more plug sockets would be good. On my return I found I had forgotten my phone charger, left in our room. I called the next day (a chargeable phone call!). I spoke to a lovely receptionist, Crissi. She went to look for my charger. Found it and posted it to me. Very good service and highly appreciated.

Have stayed a few times here now as great value for money. Location is perfect to get to station or town. The room I had this time had been nicely renovated and although I didn't use this time the bar and restaurant renovation look really smart and modern.

Hand soap dispenser empty. Shower gel dispenser broken. No reception staff any time we went through reception so had to wait ages for help each time. Standard breakfast items not stocked up e.g no tomatoes. Fruit at breakfast still frozen.

Outstanding staff at Reception and in the bar/restaurant. Friendly, helpful, providing excellent meals for our large group at short notice. All with a smile!
