Premier Inn Norwich Airport

This is a good basic Premier Inn and it ticked all the right boxes for us. We stayed here for a family wedding. We would like to give a big shout out to Jo who was exceptional on reception where she was knowledgeable and helpful regarding our queries. The restaurant and the outside areas which serve Premier Inn guests however let the hotel down. It was unkempt and could be improved if it were to be maintained to a better standard. Food there was excellent though and we would stay here again whilst visiting family.

We travelled to Norwich for my sister's wedding, Jo on reception was super efficient checking us in. Providing us with all the information we needed on the hotel and how to book meals at the restaurant next door. We realised when we went to our room that a cot hadn't been provided, we spoke to Jo and she immediately got this sorted for us which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Den gave me details, written of direction to a cricket ground on the saturday, he works on reception, fantastic service, beyond the call of duty, I don't have a smart phone and so he did the job, really unbelievable, I don't want to go around with a computer in my hand every day. how tedious!! he did the job

Lovely stay and comfy beds. The young lad working the night shift on reception (I think his name was den) went above and beyond to get my son some milk for his bottle. He couldn't get in the kitchen so opened lots of the little milk pods to fill the bottle. Give this man a medal.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Norwich airport hotel as we were visiting friends nearby as i use to live in Norfolk. We were made extremely welcome as soon as we arrived in reception and all the staff were very helpful and friendly and spent a lot of time chatting about the area and various transport options if we didn't want to use the car. There are loads of car parking spaces with a lot of wide bays which i was relieved about! The room was spotless and the only negative thing we found was the lack of any usb charging points which meant we couldn't charge our watches. We would certainly stay there again without question.

Good parking, clean and comfortable, warm and quiet room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Problem with sink plug was quickly resolved. Comfy beds. Also we (my husband and I) like the flexibility Premier Inn offers at a small extra fee - we have another break booked soon in a different Premier Inn, which we had to postpone from last September and may have to postpone again - but that's allowed provided we take it by December this year.
