L'Heure Bleue

Le service de la reception est le pire que j'ai jamais eut. La cuisine à éviter. Les drinks avec quasiment pas d'alcool Le lieu est le seul plus pour cet hôtel, à propos du lieu: sûr la plage il y a une dicotèque open-air. C'est pour cela que dans tout les chambres il y a des bouchons d'oreille à votre disposition ;)

Hôtel incroyable Excellent hôtel! Je recommande à mille pour-cent. Personnel compétant, chambre propre, variété de plat chaque jour. Avec ma mamy nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue est très jolie et l’hôtel magnifique.

Pour notre voyage familial à Nosy Be, nous avons opté pour l’hôtel L’Heure Bleue et en sommes ravis. Les bungalows se fondent harmonieusement dans le jardin luxuriant. L’hôtel propose deux superbes piscines très agréables. C’est un petit établissement à l’écart de la foule touristique, offrant une vue imprenable sur la baie. Le personnel est accueillant et le service impeccable. Le bar et le restaurant méritent cinq étoiles, avec un menu varié et délicieux qui change chaque jour, concocté par des chefs attentifs à nos besoins alimentaires d’européens fragiles, sans parler des cocktails exceptionnels. Un très bon rapport qualité prix! Bon emplacement pour les excursions! Bravo à toute l’équipe!

Best place to stay in Madirokely - at the quiet end of the ***** beach, and with a large elevated deck that gives amazing views of the all the activity in the bay. We had a beach bungalow (8) and while it was smallish, with no air con, the ceiling fan and freestanding fan kept us from overheating during the night. Bungalows are rustic, and you may get a gecko or 2 inside, however the grounds are beautiful, all very well cleaned and serviced, and the saltwater infinity pool plus the 2nd pool, make this an awesome place to stay. Excellent food and cocktails in the reataurant and the Manager Marika personally made us feel welcome. Highly recommended.

La jolie Édith nous a réservé un accueil des plus agréable suivi par le reste du personnel vraiment charmant. Cet établissement est un endroit de rêve où tout est aménagé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans un bungalow luxe. Quel bonheur de se réveiller avec la vue sur la baie de profiter de la terrasse privative. Le restaurant propose des menus de grande qualité, servi par un personnel charmant....seul bémol les serveurs ont parfois du mal à donner des explications sur la composition des plats. N'oublions pas Marika, la cheffe d'orchestre de ce lieu. Bienveillante attentionnée avec ses hôtes. Nous n'espérons qu'une chose, pouvoir y revenir.

Not sure why the negative reviews but each to their own. We unfortunately only stayed two nights at the start of a two week break and was the best easily out of the 4 hotels we stayed at. We were in room 6 overlooking the beach and near the pool/restaurant. The food was 5 star as well as the service. Most of the staff spoke English which was a help and always had a smile. The surroundings are surreal and well kept. The room was on the smaller side but cosy, not too hot and had a nice terrace. After leaving for another hotel which was completely opposite, tried to re-book but it was unfortunately full. The location is the best on the island as not only by the beach but a short walk to town. There is a party on Sundays and they even give you ear plugs which is cute. The negative reviews may have been a while ago and I would highly recommend staying at l'heure bleu as we are fussy and could not find a fault. Shame we left early, if we knew then what we know now we would have stayed 2 weeks within a heart beat.
