Great apartments in a super location. Our apartment was spacious and clean and we really appreciated the extra touches of milk, water, coffee, tea and cereals which were left for us. The bus from the airport stops just across the road which was very handy. Check-in and out instructions were clear and easy to follow. I wouldn’t recommend this, however, if you want a quiet bedroom as they are located next to a busy street and you can hear the traffic and music from the bars nearby. Earplugs may be a good option if you like a quiet room.

Stay The hotel itself is great. However, the room is incredibly hot so please not that, and there is no AC, so you have to keep the fan on. It’s quite hard to sleep at night due to the noise from outside, and you can hear people partying and singing till 1am from outside.

Amazing apartment, very clean and modern. Had everything you could need and more. Partner was a bit bothered by the noise outside but earplugs were provided which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. Thank you 🙂

The mattress was very old and in poor condition. We couldn't sleep without feeling the bed springs. Also, the center of the bed had collapsed due to wear and tear. The sofa in the living room was in a similar state—both old and dirty, with a sunken middle. It was completely uncomfortable and definitely not worth the money. We had stayed here before and had been satisfied, but it's clearly lost its former comfort. We will absolutely not stay here again. Additionally, the room was truly dirty. There were hairs stuck to the bathroom tiles, and the sink and toilet looked unclean—as if no proper cleaning had been done. There were toothbrushes belonging to other guests in the bathroom drawer, and used earplugs in the bedside table. The room was far from clean. On top of everything, they charge a £150 deposit under the name of a “damage fee,” and even though we caused no damage whatsoever, they deducted £30 just because we checked out 20 minutes late. We had informed them that we had a meeting in the morning and were delayed due to traffic, yet they still charged us. The staff member named Sara from customer service was also extremely rude. This place is uncomfortable, dirty, and offers terrible service. Do not waste your money—stay elsewhere.

Excellent location right where we wanted to be. The apartment was very clean. There was a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk ,water and cereals which we thought added really nice touch. Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels. Would definitely book again when staying in Nottingham.

Nice, centrally located and well equipped; also very clean and nice touches like milk on arrival. The studio is s bit dark as blinds don't open fully, and unfortunately sound proofing is not great so very noisy at night from very loud club nearby over the weekend.
