Premier Inn Nottingham Arena (London Road)

The breakfast is very good and perfect!

Go there often with my partner to visit his family stuff are always friendly and food is great and rooms are always clean but had issues was awaken 2 nights in a row in early hours with other guest outside the hotel drunk and being loud and went downstairs to complain to the stuff and they wasn't helpful guest wouldn't be still drinking at silly hours in the morning if the hotel wasn't still serving them alcohol still when they shouldn't have the bar still open. Had dealings with the manger while there and I don't understand how she can be the manger when she don't know how to serve drinks in the right glasses and hides in the kitchen when guests won't to check in and the other people she was on shift with was busy in the restaurant serving had to stop what she was doing to go to the reception deck to check people in cause the manger was in the kitchen for 20 minutes hiding and only come out when there was no one waiting to check In when she come out the kitchen I could tell she's been eating when the hotel was busy and left her stuff do 2 jobs at once very wrong to do that.

The bed was comfortable. Staff were rude and sullen, sat behind the welcome desk rolling roll up tobacco cigarettes. We felt like a burden to the staff. The radiator in the room make noises all night making sleep difficult. I have videos of the noise but this site only allows photos.
