Great place to stay in Nottingham - the staff is really good, and it is conveniently located near the downtown, so close to public transport and Albert Hall/Nottingham Playhouse (if that is of interest - tons of good pubs nearby if your interests differ). The availability of laundry facilities is a real plus.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Maria, who instantly made me feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. Maria's exceptional customer service skills stood out throughout my entire stay. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure my comfort and satisfaction were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and provide assistance whenever required, leaving a lasting impression on me. The hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The amenities offered were of top-notch quality, and I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center and the rejuvenating spa facilities. We stayed for two nights in this hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy. The receptionists are nice and helpful. Also, the price is reasonable and the breakfast is great. However, the Nottingham city itself is ****. We paid the tram fare buy still got the penalty and the appeal got rejected. The tram officers are rude and they do not listen to what you say. It is strongly advised not to live and stay in Nottingham, unless you have plenty of money to be fined.

Had an amazing stay at Hilton Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Breakfast was a highlight with great variety and quality. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

I’d looked at previous reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect, however we were really pleased with our stay. Location excellent, staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms, although bathroom a little tired, everything was clean. Bed was very comfortable and bedding nice quality. Nice touches included toiletries (espa) , kettle and coffee maker. We opted for the breakfast deal. Quality and selection of food both excellent. Would definitely book again.

Swift and prompt check in. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is clean and tidy. The bathroom is very spacious and ergonomically comfortable. The location is superb right in the center of the city center where all the activities and attractions are.

Overall I couldn’t have picked a better hotel. It was trendy, in the perfect location and near all the shops and eateries. The only things I can fault is the views from our windows which were just pipes and an horrendous amount of bird poo. As well as the noise from floorboards needing replacing or repairing

We stayed there for 8 nights. We arrived on Sunday. The first night have problem with shower heater, no hot water for taking bath. Though it was late at night, still able to find staff to come and check. Unfortunately heater cannot be fixed. The second day they changed the room for us. But have another issue on sofa bed. Reception lady is very nice and helpful, she helps us to fix the sofa bed. In general, the furniture and fixtures are a bit old, but staffs are very helpful and friendly. Apartment is close to city centre, and indoor parking is available. We definitely will stay in this apartment again when coming to Nottingham.

The hotel staff are still polite and friendly, but unfortunately I checked in at 3 o'clock. I arrived on time but told me to come back at 4 o'clock. I tried the hotel breakfast, and it was delicious.
