Great hotel in the best location in the historical center. The hotel receptionosts are very friendly and gave us a lot of good advice. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including freshly prepared croissants, cheese, cold meet cuts, fruit, fresh juice, mineral water, aivar, eggs. We’d love to stay again, the rooms are nice and neat. Thank you!

A decent small hotel right in the town centre. The rooms are clean, but small. At least, they have the elevator. Wi Fi is ok. Friendly staff at the front desk. The drawback is the proximity to night clubs and bars: it's complicated to get asleep till 4-5 am. Also, the walls are very thin, thus any noise is a mess.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was clean and it had everything we needed it. Breakfast is delicious. Staff was very courteous and attentive. If you rent a car, they have parking for you. Highly recommended!

Zenit Hotel is the peak gem of Novi Sad My stay at the Zenit was 100% wonderful! The room was spotlessly clean, and warm and cozy. The bath and amenities were impeccable. But mostly, Zarko, Zerin, Nikola and Tanja were amazing with their hospitality and friendliness... I felt like I was a member of their family and always at home. Also, for the first time in my life, I tried the footscooter from the Zenit with Niloka's coaching...it was a BLAST! Thank you Zenit and I will be back next year!

Room very very small, barely room to move between the bottom of the bed and the furniture. No room to open your suitcase- I had to place it on the bed to open and unpack it which I don’t like doing. Tiny bathroom, clean and modern. No room to dry yourself in the bathroom after showering…! Liquid soap and shampoo, no conditioner. Shower cap. Really bad smell in the bathroom, smell of drains. Walls filthy, in need of painting. There was no safe in the room but there was a small fridge and a kettle but no tea or coffee. Good location close to city centre. Good wifi signal. Breakfast selection very poor. Lots of processed foods, No hot food.

Room was good in size. Kettle etc in room. Bed was pretty firm and low to the ground. Air con worked well. Bathroom looks recently renovated. Very neat and clean. Plenty of hot water and great pressure. Breakfast was fine, meat, cheeses bread etc. location was a 2 minute walk to the restaurants etc

I stayed here as part of an Intrepid Travel group, but I had my own single room. The room was small, but it had everything I needed, comfortable bed, good storage areas, nice roomy bathroom. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was a good standard. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Novi Sad where all the cafes, restaurants and shops are located.

The building from outside too needs some care and maintenance. We , our family of 2 adults and 2 kids booked the apartment , a room on the 3rd floor which had 3 bedrooms but one tiny bathroom. ., the lift was till the second floor and we had to drag our suitcase up another flight of stairs to reach our room. Strange that there was a kettle in the room but no complimentary tea/coffee.,..the location is good but there were many other choices all around and they looked better value for money than this one . The staff though were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was basic but ok even for us vegetarians. Some other rooms did seem to be updated and our kids did like the loft bedroom to hang out in. But overall would recommend only if renovated.
