El hotel fantástico, muy buenas instalaciones y animación, las habitaciones bastante grandes y el bufet bastante variado, y el personal bastante amable, lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda

This hotel is isolated there is little to do locally apart from the beach (which is more natural than touristy) which is a river estuary so there are no waves etc and you can only swim in certain areas. The area is very typically Spanish and the locals speak little to no English and so you will need to know the basics. The nearby towns are not touristy at all and there are no shops locally, you will need to get a taxi (25e) to the nearest shop or the local bus runs a couple of times during the day, you will need to use cash on the buses. There is a little shop on site but it doesn’t sell snacks/drinks. So if you are not all inclusive it can be expensive. I came with a teenager and she was very bored after day 3/4 it was tough to keep her entertained. The room was ok but smell of sewage in our room daily between 9-10 and so this is the smell we would wake up to. I told reception who just called for housekeeping to clean the room which obviously didn’t solve the issue as it is something wrong in drains or pipes. I would imagine if you are Spanish the atmosphere and vibe would be good but as an English person there were only a few English families here during our stay despite it being half term in England and so the entertainment (although the team tries their best) caters to Spanish people more so. The entertainment team are kind and energetic and try their best to involve you in games. The pools are brilliant and so this was the saving grace for entertaining my daughter. The food was very average we found something to eat every day but the selection was not the best and you’d have to wait for something to be available at busy times. Overall the holiday was ok but I wouldn’t stay here again, the hotel is just so isolated and not much to do locally and you almost feel out of place as an English tourist.

We are here as a group of two families with children. There's much to recommend at this hotel - the slides, mini golf, etc. are all fun. However, the place is clearly short-staffed. The employees that ARE here are wonderful and hard working. But there aren't enough. The pool bathrooms run out of soap and toilet paper repeatedly, for hours at a time, each day. The food freshness and quality at the buffets is sub-par. The worst - I'm currently at the pool, sitting in front of a pile of vomit that's been there for two hours. An employee put a table over it immediately but didn't clean it. We've told multiple staff, but it's still there. Now it's been so long, someone has shifted the table and people are unknowingly walking through the vomit, sloshing it back into the pool. So ultimately, the "ick factor" here is pretty high, especially considering the price. The kids in our group would like to return (again, the slides) but I don't think the adults can stomach it.

Elegimos este hotel porque indicaba que tenía acceso directo a la playa Y NO ES VERDAD. Desde el hotel tiene acceso al río Flechas que es un canal naútico y está PROHIBIDO EL BAÑO. Si quieres bañarte en la playa tienes que coger un barco, previo pago claro, o mover el coche todos los días hasta una playa cercana como es lo que nosotros tuvimos que hacer. El resto de servicios es muy básico para ser un cuatro estrellas. Tiene dos restaurantes pero dan los mismos platos de comidas en ambos todos los días... Ningún tipo de cena temática ni nada por el estilo. Para tomarte algo por la noche al aire libre te tienes que sentar en las sillas del chiringuito del bar de por la mañana... Muy glamuroso todo... Uno de los ascensores, estuvo más de una semana sin poderse usar. Entendemos que las cosas se estropean con el uso, pero casi toda nuestra estancia estuvo averiado... Son cosas que no deberían ocurrir en un cuatro estrellas. Le sobra una estrella al hotel, pocas hamacas para tanto húesped, eso sí, los toboganes están muy bien.

Tudo espetacular, desde a limpeza á comida e atendimento. Não existe nada a apontar. Foi uma experiência muito boa. Muito próximo da praia que é espetacular.

La animación muy buena Celia y Mariam fueron el alma de la fiesta y con los niños estuvo también genial
