The cleanest travelodge I have stayed at, enough facilities, bed very comfortable. Plenty of sockets in the room, which has been an issue in other travelodges. Would highly recommend.

The bed and pillows very comfortable Christina on reception was so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond for any requests I had it was a lovely stay all in all and I would definitely return for another visit in the future a great weekend 😊

Angie on reception was a delight. She allowed me to check in early. She has a wonderful manner and professional approach. The hotel was clean and tidy however it is not near anything.

A travel lodge is just a travel lodge. It's the staff that make or break a stay. I have had worse stays in 5* expensive accommodation. But due to the staff in this Travelodge, the customer service we received, was 5* plus.addition the rooms were also super clean! & large ! All due to Angie, who was amazing, always, kind, informative and super helpful at every interaction and also Claire who, just the same was absolutely fab . These staff members are a credit to Travelodge. !!! I was surprised to learn that neither were actually management within your organisation. Which is a crying shame. I did also have an interaction with the " manager" on departure & whilst she was not awful, I felt she did not have the same level of care or customer service, for her guests, as had been consistently provided by other staff . would definitely stay here again .

The staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel would benefit from the refurb which many other travelodges have had recently. No usb sockets in a room is pretty poor these days. Thats no reflection on the staff though because the hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean.

Angie was the most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Very comfortable rooms, clean, good value and exactly what we were looking for. Also really nice staff - especially Angie Louise.. We were visiting several places nearby and it's super convenient for so many attractions. There's also a garage next door for great coffee and croissants in the morning.

We stayed here as we were due to play in Loughborough at 9am the following morning so saved us a very early start. Great Value basic but did the job. Room was clean and had fresh towels. Corridor was a little noisy with just people walking and doors slamming however pleasant nights sleep. Downside is no bar/restaurant and the petrol station opposite is limited.
