Staff is friendly.

We had the unfortunate incidence of being trapped in the lift, with no quick rescue . 10 people were trapped in the life and we keeping ringing to alarm go seek help. The front desk , through the intercom, keep telling us that help is coming but after 25min, the update is still “the technician is on his way, will take another 15-20min”! This is horrible, my son was having an asthma attack due to the stuffy air and several of us experiencing it’s becoming difficult to breathe. Finally two hotel guests by force pry open the lift door (lift was thankfully on level 1 not in between floors) and saved everyone. Still, when the door opened, there was no sight of the hotel staff.

The room is clean, nearby alot of activity to do. Breakfast buffet was good

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The entire property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, from the lobby to the guest rooms. Every space feels fresh and cared for, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I have absolutely no complaints—the staff is friendly, the amenities are great, and everything runs smoothly. Stayed 3D2N over a long weekend with our boy. Clean and comfortable hotel. Connected to big shopping mall with some shops, eatery and play venues. Easy to spend a leisure day. However due to PH and the location, very very hard to call taxi because there’s simply no driver. Better drive yourself if you wanna stay here. Free parking at the open car park. Recommend this hotel 👍

Overall very good experience

Great place with lots to do with kids nearby, and decent food and shopping options for a weekend.

Staff was friendly as usual, lobby was clean and comfortable. They even prepare a surprise cake and decoration for my wife birthday

Clean spacious rooms and friendly staff

The Lobby is looks nice and smells good the moment you step into the hotel. All the staff will also greet you when you step in. I feel small actions like this will provide guat a very good stay experience. Will definitely come here to stay again. 2nd time staying here with Family. Great amenities, food and place to shop is nearby.

Very comfortable hotel, my kids love it! And we had good time at the pool, the breakfast was good too!

Our experience at Sunway Box Hotel was nothing short of superb. We made a sudden booking after our original accommodation fell through, which left us quite upset. However, from the moment we arrived, Sunway Box Hotel turned things around. The staff made our stay truly special and helped us forget all about the earlier disappointment. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay and are grateful for the warm hospitality and comfortable environment. Highly recommended!

A wonderful place with everything you need for a fun and simply trip! Pool, food, attractions all around the area! Love it!
