I am a travel content creator and this is my 3rd time in srilanka, I planned to stay nuwaraeliya one night Ella one night and then plan another place, how ever the service, welcoming and friendliness we received on our first day we change whole our plan and stay in this hotel till we fly back to home, I highly recommend this hotel. Also it’s really cheap, cleanliness amazing,they do have a restaurant in the hotel which lot of choices and varieties. I am already planning a next to Nuwereliya. Thank you for making us feel like we are part of the family

Myself & my partner stayed here for 2 nights. Unfortunately the photos on the website do not represent the actual rooms that you get. For some reason, the lovely tiled floors in the photos have since been replaced with a dark red, dirty carpet which instantly makes the room feel unclean. The shower head did not prop up. On arrival the toilet seat had dried up urine all over it. The red carpet had dead flies & many black hairs on it. There was often a very strange loud mystery noise that vibrated our room on an evening, it almost sounded like a helicopter kept landing on the roof (which obviously wasn’t the case.) I appreciate white walls are hard to keep clean but the walls were very dirty with a large amount of mould, as shown in the photos. We were looking forward to this hotel due to the reviews and the photos but we were unfortunately very disappointed. On a positive note, the one staff member in the hotel was very accommodating and very kind.

Had a great stay at Omenco Really Friendly staff. Very friendly service. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. Delicious Food 🍲 (So Tasty and more choices for breakfast) Highly recommend and we will visit again Very close to the main City just 1.5km finally it worth for money

Not as advertised
