第一次入住名人酒店，體驗非常不錯，在前台登記告知想看雪山，前台就升級岳景豪華單間，辦理入住前台温馨提示早晚温差大，注意添加衣服，在房間就可以看到山頂的雪上，早餐也非常豐富，下次出差還會選擇名人酒店

今年入住名人酒店有很大變化，大廳擺放了藏式切瑪，坐在大廳等朋友可以自行泡茶，茶葉品種也有好幾種，香薰機的味道非常👍🏻房間很舒適,設施齊全,而且非常乾淨。酒店的地理位置也非常好,交通便利。

體驗感巨爛的一家酒店，唯一的亮點可能就是區位尚可！
下車酒店門口沒人，行李自己弄（和之前幾天入住的悦皇冠形成鮮明對比）！
前台登記前面有三個顧客，前台兩個服務員，辦理了十幾分鍾，後面又來個男士工作人員，雙手插兜全程衹充人數，不幹活！
上樓電梯極慢，中間樓層客人全部是上下都按的那種，導致無效停很多層！
樓道，房間，床品一股子***氂牛味，彷彿時刻提醒你入住的是**低端民宿！
看裝修老闆也像花了和其他檔次酒店差不多的錢，怎麼能搞出如此拉胯的軟件硬件的酒店？想不通

藏區旅行入住最最差評的一家掛五星的酒店，一是前台服務意識和服務態度很差，一星都不配；二是供養走形式，半夜開一會敷衍；三是房間漏水，差點摔倒。很好奇，攜程和林芝市文旅局如何界定的五星？？！！差評！差評！差評！！！

總的來説就是垃圾，垃圾，垃圾。空調是爛的，半夜一點過，叫一個師傅搬了個梯子來修了四十分鐘。不僅沒辦法睡覺，還把房間的衞生弄得一塌糊塗，地上到處掉的是各種雜物，灰塵滿屋瀰漫！！！我提議換一間房間，修空調的給我説必須確定修不好才能換……這可是五星級酒店，滑天下之大稽！！！
因為折騰了大半夜，配的飲用水喝完了，打電話找前台要，前台接起電話沒有任何問候語，就來句:“有什麼事？”我説:“麻煩XX房間幫我送兩瓶水。”前台:“5元一瓶，還要不要？”我強忍着不罵人:“兩瓶謝謝。”什麼垃圾酒店？水不應該免費嗎？我從錦江之星、七天、如家住到安縵、文華東方、帆船酒店，從來就沒有聽説過加兩瓶飲用水需要給錢的！！！滑天下之大稽！！！垃圾，很垃圾，非常垃圾！
PS:一定要把我付的兩瓶水錢的證據給貼出來！！！

酒店位置很好，出行方便，視野和景觀也很好。房間寬敞舒適，有彌散式供氧設施。餐廳菜品口味也很好，早餐品種豐富，中式西式早餐都有，還有藏式奶茶甜茶。外出遊玩回來後直接在餐廳用正餐非常方便。值得入住。
