Super 8 by Wyndham O'Fallon

Clean, nice staff. Definitely will stay again.

The entryway to the hotel, a covered parking “arch”, needs to be repaired; ceiling tiles were literally hanging down, just waiting for a strong breeze to set them free. It looked terrible. The actual lobby was not inviting in any way, shape or form. The hallways were filthy and I do mean filthy. They look liked they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The air returns and the vents were all dirty and all need to be cleaned. The room itself, looked nothing like the images we saw online. It felt deceptive. It felt wrong, and it felt dishonest. The floors were sticky. The door to our was filthy on the INSIDE, dirty as in, stains and spots, and looked like somebody had spilled tomato juice on it. It felt like an extended stay hotel where people lived and rented by the week, perhaps even by the month, I don’t know if this is actual and factual, but for us, that’s how it felt. I’ll never stay here again for any reason, under any circumstances.

Do not stay at Super 8 O'Fallon I booked a studio suite that was supposed to have a kitchenette in it but was informed only after check in that the facility didn't have that type of room. The second floor of the facility smelled musty. The floors in my room were nasty. One of the beds was broken down in the middle and was very uncomfortable. The staff was rude. The only positive thing about this facility was the breakfast.
