Hotel Casa Santo Origen

De lo mejor en lo que me he quedado, tiene servicios de primera, la hospitalidad del personal es única, la habitación es amplia y todo top, me encanto la tina de cobre y la vista que tiene la terraza de la habitación wow. Algo que me encanto es la comida de los 2 Restaurante ( 1 es mediterráneo : delicioso el pan es hecho en casa, su mezcal y cerveza también son de los mismos dueños del hotel y el otro Restaurante es Oaxaqueño completamente, es cocina de humo tradicional la cocina es al aire libre y puedes ver todo el proceso ) - Me encanto que el personal todo te resuelve ( si quieres reservación en Restaurantes, si quieres pedir masaje, si necesitas agendar algun tour ) staff muy amable y con ganas de ayudar ! para mi es un gran valor agregado - Zona segura y muy linda a 15 min del centro SI ES UN LUGAR DIGNO DE UNA LLAVE MICHELIN !

Absolutely beautiful property. Great staff, comfortable, clean rooms with stunning decor. Nice restaurant and sitting areas. Perfect for a special occasion. The Canada room has its own balcony and private hot tub. Highly recommend.

Beautiful stone building, extraordinary staff, an oasis perched above Oaxaca city. This hotel has been on my saved list for years and it did not disappoint. We stayed in La Canada room (roughly translated to canyon in Spanish). I had specially selected this room due to the private hot tub on the terrace. We did have to ask them to top it up to cover the jets (felt like that should’ve been done at this price point) but they quickly attended to it. This room is on the top floor over looking part of the city. It was exactly what I wanted for a special get away for my husband’s birthday. One morning we ordered breakfast to the room and loved that, beautiful views and a lovely in room breakfast. The onsite restaurant was fabulous, we even cancelled reservations at a fancy place in town for his birthday because we preferred the food and atmosphere of this gem. Their sourdough is incredibly delicious, we even pre ordered a loaf to take with us as we continued our journey; so sweet of them to accommodate. Their hot sauces are legendary - be very careful of the hotttst one :) Every staff member was incredible and kind and lovely. We had no issues communicating with them despite our limited Spanish. The ingenuity in the rooms was fabulous, from storage to room separation. The pool is small but deep and lovely for a cool off on a hot day, in fact one day we decided to just do that all day and we loved it, very comfortable and the lovely restaurant staff checked on us to see off we needed anything. The price is high. I can’t explain or justify quite why it’s so high but I can say we created beautiful memories here and really enjoyed our stay - sick a lovely place to come back after exploring - and we would stay there again . We loved the limited number of guests. They explain their rooms well, so choose carefully and select what is important to you.
