Complete waste of time, owner is rude and obviously didn't want use there. Completely unhelpful and rude, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUYS ATTITUDE there are loads of better places to stay close by, can't understand why they even bother open ,

This charming and beautiful bed & breakfast is set in a truly stunning location. Our experience was absolutely fantastic—we were warmly welcomed and looked after from the moment we arrived. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The family who run the B&B are incredibly friendly, attentive, and full of helpful local tips. Breakfast was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and we will definitely return!

We got a really weird vibe from the lady running the b&b. It seems to me that the owners have lost the passion for running it and it's more of a tedious task to attend to the annoying paying customers. On arrival, instead of a welcome we were told off that we missed the 8pm check-in deadline (we arrived at 8.07pm, there was no reminder about a deadline before arrival). She said that she was ready to sell our rooms to someone else (rooms we've paid for in advance). When we discussed this surprized among us in Polish, she said that we better not talk behind her back because she understands Polish. We were stunned by this rude welcome. It really spoiled the mood of our 2 day stay. If there were any rooms available in the area we would have moved out. We will not be back to the b&b, which is a shame because the house was otherwise lovely and full of potential.

Absolutely wonderful. We had the self contained apartment attached to the main house. It is on the bottom left side of the main house and has its own separate entrance. It has a living/kitchen area with everything you need. This is where you will want to sit on the comfy couches as the view of the bay is outstanding. Then you walk through to a separate lounge with more comfy couches, a tv and even a small woodfire. Through that room is the double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. It is perfect for a couple wanting a relaxed undisturbed stay. Oban is very close by car. Kris was very welcoming and on hand if we needed anything during our stay.

This is an excellent B & B. Spacious bedroom, lounge with fire available to all, lovely garden, personal easily accessed parking area, friendly hosts, excellent breakfast. Connel is just down the road from Oban, and a delightful area. Close to so many places...Kilmarten, Glencoe, Tobermory, Loch Awe. so many great day trips!

Lovely old house tastefully furnished and decorated. Plentyof space lovely bedroom seperate bathroom and separate toilet. Beds very comfy Breakfast with quality products Very knowledgable and helpful One thing book direct as owners try to recoup cost of ad site by having to charge for breakfast at a reduced price.
