"Excellent location. Questionable art work in an otherwise beautiful traditional Bavarian hotel. Good breakfast selection. Friendly staff, but no one was informed enough to tell me why their cosy downstairs bar was called ‘Eagles Bar’. Thus staff management could do with more leadership. No disabled rooms available, and no rooms with rails in showers or toilets. Thus not very accessible for elderly/frail member of our family."

"The moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a friendly staff. They offer valet parking, which I suggest using because the parking garage is very compact. The decor of the lobby and dining rooms were mixed quite well, complimenting eachother between Old & New. The bar was lively with a band and outgoing wait staff. The rooms were again mixed with Bavarian and modern styles. I would like to see a larger TV, but the giant sliding doors and the incredible views give you enough to look at. I would stay again without question."

"Great service and attention to details that make ones stay memorable. Dinners were top class, levelled to some world’s best restaurants. Good wine selection and a knowledgeable sommelier to advice you. The staff went above our expectations even if we regretfully dont speak German. From check -in, to sharing information about the area sights and in-house activities. The spa was lovely. Just get acquainted with German spa etiquette first. Highly recommend massages. "
