OK, so I’m the land surveyor right. This building‘s walls are inset with these massive calumns that almost remind me of pyramids or something, but they’re slanted as they go up so I think this could be the last building standing if the most massive force came through and wiped everything out. OK that aside, Josh was absolutely so hospitable. Really he was the only one here without a chip on his shoulder. Seems to be a lot of unhappy people, but this is still the best hotel and I have a few more reasons why.They have a pool in a hot tub. They have multiple smoking areas in inconspicuous locations. They have a free breakfast. The location is great. You’re right here by 200. Cracker Barrel is literally next-door. Malls are a few minutes away. It’s Florida. But Josh is cool.

I accidentally left an article of clothing in my room when checking out on March 25th. Housekeeping recovered the item and after a few phone calls I was able to arrange to have it shipped back to me. Very much appreciated as the item also contained the keys to my vehicle that was sitting at the airport in Wisconsin! Many thanks to the housekeeper and to the front desk (Peter I think his name was) for connecting me with my missing jacket. PS The room was clean and pleasant.

Beds were comfortable. Cleanliness is WAY below standard. Bathtub was not properly cleaned, corners had months of built up crud. Coffee was good but the little dining area had space for maybe 16 people, not nearly large enough to handle the hundreds of guests. The pool looked nice and clean, and the fire ring near the pool was relaxing to sit by. Lobby was spacious and well kept. Bathroom and under the beds not clean. Mini fridge was very noisy, so noisy that I had to unplug it both nights that we stayed there. It was really disappointing that the dining area was so small that you had to give up on waiting in line and eat elsewhere.

Stayed just one night. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet even though it appeared to be completely full. It is an older place but it looked like the room had been updated recently. Breakfast was what you would expect. I will stay here again in the future.

This is a clean hotel, nice pool area with seating, delicious breakfast with many choices, good coffee. Friendly staff, 24 hour coffee and tea, room and hallway musty smelling, I75 traffic noise as it’s close to the highway. Nice fire pit at night and hot tub. I would stay again.

This was a clean, comfortable hotel. Everything worked as it should. The free hotel breakfast was better than that of most other hotels. The beds were firm with nice bedding and we slept well. The next time we pass that way, I hope to stay here again.

Worst Best Western experience. Room seemed clean at first glance. Then I noticed a capsule / pill on the floor at the base of the bed. I notified the front desk who supposedly told housekeeping. At the end of the day, the trash had been emptied but the pill was still there. Not acceptable. Thank God I wasn’t traveling with a small child. I left the pill there and told the front desk again - I wasn’t touching it. Pool seemed nice but we didn’t use it. Liked the availability of beach towels - we used them at the beach. Breakfast was not good, at all. Eggs seemed fake. Greasy sausage and for fruit - no oranges in the citrus capital of the world?!?! Baked goods were ok so stuck with a bagel both mornings. Took a while to toast - old, dirty toasters barely ran. Plans changed so we contacted front desk - they couldn’t do anything because it was a third party booking. Called *********** to cancel and refund the last night. They said they’d check with the hotel who of course said no to the refund. Asked again at the front desk and finger pointing went back to ***********. Vicious cycle, money gone.
