Oceanside Bliss Awaits: Your Dream Getaway Just Steps from the Beach

If you are looking for the perfect location for a family beach week, or a place to stay while you attend an event at the convention center, you’ve found it. Our condo is located on the beach block of 41st street. A perfect day here looks like coffee and breakfast on the balcony, spending the morning by the ocean, lunch either on the beach or back at the condo, mini golf and then dinner at one of the great restaurants within walking distance. Some things to know: 1 .This is a 3rd floor walk-up (no elevator) w/1 parking space. Additional public, non-metered parking is available. 2. This is a no smoking or vaping unit. 3. We love animals, but unfortunately, condo rules do not allow pets. 4. Please be considerate of neighbors. 5. While we provide sheets, please bring your own bath and beach towels. 6. There are additional condo rules/policies posted on the stairs.
