"We did book the hotel 2x and we see improvement. Breakfast is available apple, yogurt, cereals, coffee, pancakes and we are always greeted by Lucy. She's so nice and smiling. There's laundry area and the rooms are ok. They clean it daily. Chair looks filthy though but were not sitting on it so I don't mind."

"The hotel is located right next to the train station. Every time the train passes by, you will hear the rumbling all day and night. It is very noisy! The hotel seems to have no sound insulation equipment at all. When the bolted doors are opened in the rooms on the left and right next door, you can clearly hear the bang bang sound! Our whole family had trouble falling asleep! The front desk clerk allowed me to check in early and let me put my luggage, which is appreciated."

"The soundproofing of the room is not very good, and I can often hear noises from outside. It's very close to the main road, and there's a gas station next to it, so there were always sounds of vehicles in the middle of the night. The good thing is that you can walk to a convenience store."
