Las instalaciones están en PESIMAS CONDICIONES. las alfombras sucias. Olores desagradables por todo el hotel. A heces. Y a vomito. El aseo de la habitación muy mediocre y se puede ver toda la basura del hotel desde el balcón. Nunca le hacen mantenimiento a los techos ni a las instalaciones. Y el servicio al cliente muy malo.

Definitivamente no es un hotel 5 estrellas. Muy baja calidad del hotel. Mi experiencia fue terrible. Me robaron un dinero de una excursion malisima en un bote por el que pague 2500 usd. el aseo de la habitacion malisimo... la basura duraba dias y nadie la retiraba tampoco surtian la neverita. En el hotel puedes ver basura por todo lado. Las instalaciones y los ascensores muy viejos y deteriorados. El ruido es en exceso no puedes descansar. y la atencion post venta la peor del mundo.

vas a una suite y las camas son deterioradas. viejas, y en muy mal estado las habitaciones. se nota que no hace mantenimiento. EL ASEO ES TERRIBLE ¡¡¡¡ no barren no trapean, entran arreglan la cama y ya. El ruido es insoportable no deja descansar. El aseo en general del hotel es malisimo puedes ver basuras, botellas y cosas tiradas, incluso en la playa. La atencion a las quejas es malisima. pusimos quejas y nadie nos presto atencion. No saben como tratar a los turistas. PEsima recomendacion este hotel, no se porque lo califican bien si es TAN MALO. MUCHO DINERO PARA TAN MALA CALIDAD.

I really can't see how anyone would rate this greater than 2 at best. We stayed at the same property 15 years ago when it was the Sunset Grand. Probably 9 years since Moon's renovations and boy does it show. The place is really run down - dirty, lots of missing pool tiles, broken concrete, mold, sharp jagged edges on glass railings, just a general sense of filth. The good - food was not terrible; Boulangerie was a nice perk. The bad, where to begin? Here's my random list aside from the run down comments above: 1) $1,000 in resort credits went unused as they don't return calls or requests thru the app for services (only to tell you nothing available); 2) Final night 'farewell dinner', left waiting ＞ 30 minutes for anyone to return to table to take our dessert order. Finally just walked out. 3) elevators were miserable 4) lost hot water pressure on tower 2, floors above 5 (15 total floors). 5) Check-out process is pathetic! They have an app, why not use it? 6) Very few activities clearly posted or organized. Most hotels have an activity board near the pool. ex: would be nice if someone showed up at the volleyball area and corralled the countless teens looking forward to playing 7) the entertainment was 'meh', better when it was the Sunset Grand. 8) Sewage river in front of hotel. 9) I could settle for watered down, but I would say 50% of ours had NO alcohol at all, just flavored sugary drinks from a slushy machine. 10) water is cloudy at beach - I seem to remember clear visibility to your toes on last visit? 11) Wi-Fi extremely slow in room 12) would be nice to have SmartTVs to use your own services. 13) Trash on beach. 14) Vomit in urinal that sat for a day YUK!!

Had a great time, entertainments team were fab especially maressa and tashika. Got my little girls involved in lots activities. Hotel was lovely and clean the whole family had a blast. Fully inclusive for all ages. Would highly recommend 5star

The resort is disappointing. What was once a four-diamond resort is now a glorified holiday inn with a lot of marble and granite. Check-in It was ridiculously slow, and they didn't seem to have enough people; there were a dozen people standing around pushing timeshares. Food It was on par with other all-inclusive resorts. There was nothing extraordinary, but it was mostly edible. The odd thing was that it was tough to get reservations, yet the restaurants seemed empty most of the time. Rooms They are nice rooms, but they could use a refresh. The water closet in the bathroom was quite possibly the smallest I've ever seen. If you are traveling with children, the louvered bathroom door makes it difficult to do anything in the bathroom without disturbing others. Timeshare presentation Avoid the timeshare presentation. It is very pushy and way longer than the 90 minutes they promise. The extra money they give you is useless as they put limitations and require you to pay secret taxes that cost as much as regular retail. Check Out Obnoxiously long. Just like check-in, there were a lot of people selling timeshares but not enough to help paying guests check out.
