Always a good stay here. We have stayed here a few time now and will stay again. You can easily walk to downtown Ogunquit. Beach is maybe 10 minute walk.. Good restaurants near by. Rooms are really clean and comfortable. Good comfy beds and Scott and Mark are super helpful.

This is a small privately owned motel, which makes it special. It’s not a luxury motel but it’s clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, and easy walk to beach and food. Check it out. Thanks for the great stay!

Greeted by wonderful hosts, Mark & Scott, along with best buddies Brandy & Brady. The room was incredibly clean, furnished with all the necessities. The hosts also gave accurate dining recommendations, one of which was the excellent Italian restaurant (Angelina's) right across the road. It's a nice walk to the beach over the footbridge, away from the downtown crowds. We will go back!

Le propriétaire aime définitivement pas les groupes de québécois. Nous nous sommes fait traiter plusieurs fois de fucf€^{%＞{ as+*#££ par le propriétaire. Nous avions loués plusieurs chambres à cette hôtel pour le congé de la fête du travail. Personnellement je n’irai plus à ce motel dan l’avenir.

Perfect stay! We truly enjoyed our stay here. The owners are welcoming and hospitable. Rooms are immaculate - clean and beautifully decorated. My family and I were extremely impressed with the owner’s attention to detail in the rooms, pool area, and the property itself. Location is excellent! A quick 3 minute walk brings you to the beach and great restaurants are well within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

We were booked for 5 nights and upon checkin received a delicious free gift. The owners are helpful and delightful. Our room is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. This motel is within easy reach of the beach via walking as well as numerous restaurants. The property is well cared for with gorgeous flowers and a beautiful dolphin pool. We really hope we can return for another delightful stay.

Last Sept. we signed a rental agreement for The Beach House also run by same owners for use in August of this year. Finally !!! go through to some one so we could put down our deposit. We were told we do not show a reservation, they had some glitches with their computer system. Ridiculous! So much for contracts and communication. Be careful dealing with these guys.
