Sandals Royal Barbados All Inclusive - Couples Only

Amazing Honeymoon at Royal Sandals Barbados!! There were a lot of negative reviews about this hotel in 2024 and I was nervous about our stay. However, I can honestly say there were way more positives than negatives about this trip. We stayed on room 11408 between 27th May & 6th June in the south seas hideaway. This was located next the Greenhouse restaurant which is where we had the most amazing breakfast most mornings. We had no problems getting towels any day, although we were out most morning by 7am. Regardless, the towels were refilled throughout the day and my advice would be to take a couple of fresh ones up to your room at the end of the day ready for the next morning. If you want to get a sunbed at the main pool, get up early and get down there as the majority of them are taken up by people who had a butler (we didn’t go for butler and still received amazing service throughout) The room was kept clean everyday and fresh towels provided (except for one day when we accidentally left our do not disturb light on, without realising). Staff were all amazing, friendly and everyone said hello when you walked past them. The hotel struggles with seaweed on the beach this time of year. Not a huge amount they can do as the seaweed is relentless everyday. If this bothers you then i would probably choose a different time of year to go. The beach is still beautiful and if you want the crystal clear seas, you can take a short cab or bus ride 15 minutes down to Carlise Bay. This is not affected by seaweed as its on the west side of the island. Overall a fantastic trip, my wife and I had the best time and would go back in a heartbeat. Excellent service and accommodations. We are scuba divers so we compare other Sandals by diving. Dive staff very professional and accommodating. Yes there is a 30 minutes air-conditioned bus ride both ways in the mornings for the 2 tank dives. But worth it. Our 2nd time.

We are on our honeymoon and visited Butch’s Chophouse! Our server, Cheyenne, was bright, engaging, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service during our visit. The Manager, Janelle, was very attentive and made sure our needs were met!

Butch’s Chophouse was by far the best meal we had at Sandals. Had a party of 10 and apps and entrees were out very timely. From appetizers to entrees everything tasted great. Janele was very accommodating (manager). Staff was all very friendly and drinks were fast and good.

Butch’s Chophouse was delicious and the service was fabulous. Renasha went above and beyond! Shoutout to the chef for an incredible meal. We enjoyed celebrating our 10th anniversary and our 4th Sandals vacation. The manager Jennelle even adjusted our reservation to accommodate! 10/10 recommend.
