We don’t allow dogs larger than 20 lbs unless the guest wants to pay a non refundable pet cleaning fee of $250. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Guests can’t leave dog at the residence with out being kenneled. Pets are a health risk in shared spaces so this is non negotiable. If your pet damages anything more than the deposit you’ll pay for any damages. Guests who have pets must leave a credit card on file upon booking for any charges. As far as hvac goes guests are allowed to utilize the hvac system within reason and must communicate with me by text to make adjustments.We provide two rolls of toilet paper and two towels per room and one roll of paper towels anything after that is the guests responsibility.
