很好的酒店

This hotel is perhaps the worst Marriott hotel in which I have ever stayed. Last night I checked in an the room internet did not work. (I have stayed about 4 years of my life in Marriotts and this is extremely unusual). I called the front desk and asked what to do and was told simply to put in I was a visitor. Then I turned on the television while I was unpacking. The television did not work. It received local stations, but no national ones. I talked to some other guests who told me that they could get those stations. So I went to see the front desk. They told me that the mechanic had left for the day as had the manager and assistant general manager and they would not reach out to them. I asked to switch rooms and was told that there were no rooms available. Then I went to the workout room and found that the eliptical trainer pictured on th website was also broken. I saw another review and saw that it said that the hotel needed tlc. I would say that it needs a makeover and perhaps new management or a different host hote. It is an embarassment to Marriott. Also, they only make up rooms evevy other day. While that is okay and I have encountered it elsewhere, I was not informed of that policy when I checked in or on the website. STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE1 I will report that the breakfast was fine and the women running it was working hard to please. That is the only positive thing I can report on.

The hotel itself wasn't too shabby, breakfast was nice, beds were comfortable, and shower was hot. Rooms could use some TLC (example: cut the rugs to the specs of the room and not have it going up the wall unglued). My major complaint was with the front desk staff. RUDE. I believe we encountered the same 3 over our 4 night stay and there was only one who was polite (beyond polite, she was a true bright spot, I wish I had asked her name). One of the ladies sat at the front desk, with the handy man next to her, and just glared at us quietly talking in the lobby the whole time. Awkward.
