This hotel is a disappointment. Old, dirty, poor and stingy.
The hotel positions itself as a family hotel. But this is sooooo wrong. There is nothing to do with children here.
I'll start with the water, why we came here:
The adult and teenage water parks are located next to each other, they are very old, the holes and cracks in the slides are covered with putty, everything is faded and peeling. There are half as many workers, so half of the slides are open, the other part is closed. The teenage one may be completely closed. My child had nowhere to ride.
The water park for kids is 40 cm deep (just a puddle), the water in it is stagnant, the water is all in crumbs from the peeling paint of the children's slides. The slides themselves are very dirty, there is stagnant orange water on top of them. I did not let my child go there.
Part of the water park called the wave pool is turned on for 20 minutes only 5 times a day. At the beginning of each hour after 11:00. It's also sad to walk here for 20 minutes through the mountains.
You'll have to walk up and down the mountain a lot in this hotel. All the water park facilities are far from each other. There is an elevator only to the beach. But it is very unattractive - a small wooden flooring with sun loungers and a staircase into the sea. Not for children at all.
The children's club is very sad - just an asphalt clearing behind a fence and a house on it. No equipment, no swings, no sand. The house itself has no toys inside. There are tables and chairs. That's all. A girl is sitting inside. I didn't send my child there, there is obviously nothing to do there.
There are a couple of playgrounds on the hotel grounds.
And thanks for that.
The room itself is small, the bathroom in the room is thirty years old, the sink leaks onto the floor, there is greasy sealant everywhere, the color of the plumbing makes you feel disgusted.
The tables in the bars are always dirty. Glass in the water parks is lying right in the foot baths. Also glass on the paths. Personally, I stepped into glass, of course. Dirty glasses from night drinks are everywhere, they stand until lunch. On the ground, on the tables, everywhere. All the sun loungers are dirty.
The food in the hotel is typical for 3*/4*. Soups are inedible. Vegetables/fruits are standard, they are there. You can find something from meat and vegetables. Mostly turkey. There is grilled chicken and fish like herring for dinner. The canteen itself is sad, they will not serve you here, you will also have to look for forks yourself or you will be lucky and they will give you some. There are no snack bars here, only sandwiches in cling film in the bar until 4pm, apples. There is ice cream in the bar during the day for two hours. No fresh juices.
I noticed that most people here drink, right from the morning, and those with children too, hang out at the bar and near the bar. In the evening, the music is loud for a long time - I suppose a disco. There are no interesting shows for children.
I paid through an aggregator for a two-day stay with a child for two people about 450 €. This is the standard price of a good five in Alanya. In this hotel, the price / quality mismatch. I think if you come here with the goal of relaxing like in a 3 * without complaints about cleanliness and without children, with the goal of having a drink and sitting in the pool, which the hotel has, then the price should be no more than 120 € for two per day.
