My wife and I have been coming to Alouette for the past five years, and every stay feels like coming home. The suite is just right — a comfy bedroom, a handy kitchenette, and an amazing view of the beach from the terrace. We love being able to walk right out to the sand every morning for a stroll along the ocean. The location makes it super easy to get to all our favorite restaurants in Old Orchard and nearby towns. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the experience. We’re always sad to leave, but we make sure to book our next stay before we go. Can’t wait to come back!

I'm sure the newer section is fine but I booked for July 4th and didn't really investigate in advance they assigned us to the "sister property" Barefoot something ...horrible.....I didn't complain, we just left and suggested if they wanted to credit me something they could.

We booked online but when we got there wasn't really the room we wanted ,Fred and I can't remember her name went above and beyond to find us a room to suit us . .

Accessible suite with two bedrooms and a kitchenette. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable queen-size beds with normal pillows - not the super thick ones that give you a cricked neck. Off-season is the best - the town is quiet and the beach is nearly empty.

Very disappointing. Our room did not look like any photos I saw. It was outdated and needed repairs. Rusty shower rod, old shower head, damaged toilet seat, saggy beds, portable heaters, saggy couch with slipcover and two uncomfortable chairs, broken dresser drawers, no bedroom lamps, and a view surrounded by a parking lot in every direction except for A spec view of the ocean mostly blocked by more apartments, junk along the parking lot, and for being pet friendly, no place to dispose of poppy bag and barely any grass area. Way over priced for what we got. No perk to use restaurant attached unless you stay weekday and it’s not a holiday. It’s a shame because they could be cute cottages if they put some effort into fixing it up. No pictures on wall. No beach feel, we didn’t complain because there were only a couple of pet friendly rooms and the other didn’t seem any better. This was meant to be a three night getaway for my husbands birthday and it was way below expectations.

Always have a good experience at the Alouette. Convenient to all there is to offer in old orchard beach. Only downfall is the last 2 times their indoor pool wasn’t available. Nice complimentary breakfast. I have and will continue to recommend the Alouette to friends and family. Will be returning in May

We stayed in a one bedroom sunset suite. Awesome views of the beach!! Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Lovely little breakfast restaurant on site. We will be back!!

Had a nice experience checking in and out. Staff was courteous, even after what was a long Labor Day weekend (I’m sure). Beach access was excellent. I was within walking distance to the pier and some great restaurants. Many thanks to Fred and the rest of the crew . Hope to come back next year.
