A thoroughly enjoyable experience! Excellent communication upfront, great location, a wonderful apartment: spacious, well-equipped, quiet, bright. The staff always available and keen to help. Very personal atmosphere. Due to work commitments we had to arrive a day late, so the hotel let us stay till the afternoon on the day of check-out: very much appreciated. We'll be back, I recommend!

My family & I have been coming to l'Alpe Fleurie since I was a child - it is a home away from home for us, whether in the Winter or Summer seasons. I recently came with friends as we had tickets to the Montreux Jazz Festival, which is just a stone's throw away from Villars. The reception is always friendly, the bedrooms & breakfast are the comfort you are looking for when traveling, and the food at their restaurant is always delicious. Plus l'Alpe Fleurie has one of the best terraces in town when the sun is out! I couldn't recommend the Alpe Fleurie more, enjoy!

I spent three night in this hotel. The staff was not friendly at all. On the second morning there was no hot water and when I went to the reception to let them know about it the Lady gave me a very irritating response and it seemed that she even blames me…! She should have been at the reception at 08:00 AM but she was late. I waited more then 15 minutes at the front desk. I brought I big group of musicians here but they treat us like if we were a group of “******”. This hotel was a wrong choice.

Very unfriendly people and the place smells. Why can’t they make an effort to be friendly and not make you feel guilty that you choose their place to spend your money. Makes me sad behavior. It’s just not the right place …, rooms are basic, restaurant is very traditional with this odeur that is unpleasant and the service is not very friendly. Sorry I can’t be more positive but my recommendation is to choose one of the other newer and better hotels!

An exceptional experience. Very warm and friendly manager - she made us feel very comfortable, and had great humour. High quality room and very clean. Would be rated 4 star, not 3. Very happy and will return again next time. Highly recommend for value for money.

A charming and comfortable hotel. The rooms have been completely renovated to a high standard. The south-facing rooms have lovely views and furnished balconies. Hotel is centrally located, yet quiet and peaceful. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
