MARA SOPA LODGE

酒店很美，和別人介紹的一樣，我覺得屬於閉眼入的那種，酒店比圖片好看很多，入住起來也很不錯，晚上睡覺也很舒服，超級出片

We had 2 neighbouring lodges, which were rustic but spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff would prepare the rooms each night and spray insect repellent. Set amongst the wildlife and it's peaceful at night. We enjoyed the spacious reception/ lounge area with the warming fireplace and the talks and masaai dances that took place there in the evening. The food was amazing, breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a variety of dishes to suit all appetites and we got to try some local dishes too, however the Indian food was particularly good. The hotel provided a huge picnic box for each of us, it had a large variety of very tasty and nutricious items- probably the best picnic box l've ever had!

Incredible hotel! the setting, lodges, buffet etc... were all wonderful! All the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The hotel is right in the park with zebras, antelopes etc... coming to say hello. Safari activities are just amazing... Asante sana Kenya!

As I set foot in the Maasai Mara, a wave of awe washed over me. The air was crisp, carrying the earthy scent of the savannah, mingled with the distant calls of wildlife. The golden grasslands stretched endlessly before me, interrupted only by the silhouettes of lone acacia trees and the graceful movement of zebras and antelopes. Our safari vehicle rumbled over the rugged terrain, and within moments, I was face to face with the untamed beauty of Africa. A pride of lions lounged lazily beneath the shade, their golden coats blending seamlessly with the landscape. Nearby, a tower of giraffes ambled gracefully, their long necks reaching for the treetops. But the highlight was the Great Migration. I watched in breathless anticipation as thousands of wildebeests gathered at the Mara River, hesitating before taking the plunge. When they finally surged forward, the river exploded into chaos—water splashing, hooves pounding, crocodiles lurking. It was nature’s raw drama at its finest. As the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky in fiery hues, I felt an overwhelming sense of wonder. The Maasai Mara wasn’t just a destination; it was an experience—wild, mesmerizing, and utterly unforgettable.

Un séjour parfait (comme dans tous les Sopa lodges et resorts où je suis allé). Localisation, personnel, chambres, repas, piscine : la qualité est exceptionnelle. C'est la troisième fois où je passe quelques nuits au Sopa du Masaï Mara. J'ai été reconnu et j'ai eu droit à un gâteau le dernier soir : on ne peut qu'être enchanté de cet accueil ! Un grand merci.
