"Hotel is clean and staff is great, but breakfast was far from abundance shown on photos. Very limited food choice. One hour from the start some of the food was gone for good. In addition all pancakes and cakes tasted somewhat chemical. There is no kettle or anything similar in a basic room. The room was spacious and AC worked as it should though. Hotel is about 15 minutes walk from tram stop (if would be closer, but there's no sidewalk along the big street nearby)."

"We first started with cannot go into the hotel as the door was not possible to open. We then called the hotel help desk & the Helpdesk said just pushes hard & the door will open. Poor service 1: Why can’t the hotel put a note at the door to ask push hard to open Then the check in machine scanning is not working. Many attempt try to check in & finally we checked in. After we returned to room at 10pm, we can’t find the wifi password & I called helpdesk again to get the password. Poor service 2: Why can’t the password be printed or written in the room. The next day we had problem to check out as the check out machine keep saying my reservation cannot be found. Again, I called helpdesk & the helpdesk just said left the card.  Poor service 3: Why put a machine that is not user friendly for check in & check out."

"The rooms are good, meeting 4-star standards. The windows are soundproof, so you can't hear anything from the street. You can sleep well at night. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The location is right next to the main train station, not in the city center. A very good choice for people who travel a lot by train. The hotel charges an additional fee for early check-in, which is a bit confusing to me, since Olomouc isn't London/Milan/Prague. One evening and the following morning, there was no hot water due to technical problems. What also confuses me a bit: I booked in EUR, but the hotel charged me in CZK using its exchange rate (unfavorable for me). When I paid by credit card, the amount I received was larger (my bank doesn't charge a fee). After negotiation, I was refunded the excess. Normally, the booking agent takes the amount in EUR directly when booking; or the website shows the CZK price, and you then pay this CZK at the hotel."

"A very nice hotel, located just outside Olomouc. Dogs are very welcome, and there are good walking areas for them. Breakfast and meals are very good. The staff are attentive and friendly. One minor drawback is the constant flow of people working out in the fitness center. Since anyone can use it, there's a steady stream of people coming and going, which can be a bit disruptive if you just want to relax with a drink."
