Sunset Gardens

We booked a 40 square metre suite with living room, dressing room bathrobes etc. When we arrived we were greeted by the gardener. The owner was not present during our stay. The room we received was approximately 20 square metres. It was just possible to walk around the bed. There was no living room, no real dressing room, no bathrobes. We felt cheated and told this to the gardener. As he was not involved in the booking we contacted the owner via booking. Our complete booking was arranged via bookingcom. We complained about the room size and offered to stay at a reduced price. While complaining the owner manipulated our booking. Suddenly only 25 square metres appeared in our booking. The owner insisted on full payment. As we do not like to be cheated we informed the owner that we would leave immediately after having spent just one night. Consequently the owner cancelled our complete booking making it impossible for me to give a feedback on the booking com website. We paid one night in cash and left Sunset Gardens. I wrote booking com about the incident but they continue offering Sunset Gardens.
