I had a great stay. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Good area close to the Blackstone district with plenty of dining options and cute cafés. Clean and modern rooms, simple yet tasty breakfast buffet and free coffee and tea 24/7. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Only downside: Parking is 15 USD per day, even for hotel guests though.

Everything was wonderful.. Breakfast was 10/10. I just had wished room service Would’ve gone to empty our trash and take new towels for our 3 night stay.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is difficult to navigate. We parked in their garage, but am not sure where we would have parked had the garage been full. Breakfast on Saturday morning was lacking, by 7:30 when we went down many things were already gone or almost gone.

The hotel is great and the people are friendly. But the road to the hotel, Saddle Creek, flooded and I could not return to the hotel in the middle of a storm. I eventually figured out how to come around on another street, but it was a scary experience.

one lamp the bulb was burnt out and also the light under the microwave was burnt out..we did not have a ice bucket and asked at the desk and one was brought to our room so that was nice....

Repeat customer 2nd stay. Close to UNMC in Omaha. Nice place to stay with friendly staff. Free indoor parking was a good plus!
