The property is located in the town center with road access. Rooms are average and old with good washrooms. Beds and linen are not clean. No basic amenities like towels, brush toothpaste will be provided. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner.

Found a vicks balm in the bedside cupboard, digusting. No hot water coming even after repeated requests, no phone inside the room to contact the reception, had to go to the ground floor everytime we needed to ask something. I had to prove that I am married by showing them my wedding picture then only they would do our check in, and the straightaway asked to do that. Foul smell throughout the property. Think before you book a room in this hotel.

Hotel all staff are good person but tea bag not available water also not inside the room blacket is very poor not clean one of my wrist hotel i ever seen

Good one book it, location wise also good. Staff was also good. Hotel was not clean but you have to tell them then they will do.

Let me be very honest. It is the peak season now at ooty. Hotel is at a great location, i would say heart of city. You have good car parking, but you need to hand over the key in reception and they ensure they park your car safe and available when required. 5/5. Rooms are big infact very big and clean. Near rest room with bath tub. 5/5. Location 5/5. Now service, am very unhappy with service may be they don't have enough staff. Everything is delayed or not available. No toiletries. I got 2 small soap when asked. No brush or shaving kit. So ensure you carry it. I really feel they should have a fan as ooty is not that cold anymore as you might think. I had to struggle to get some plates spoons and even hot water in bathrooms. So service i would give 2/5. But otherwise it's all good. If you are looking for a great location with neat and clean room ***** with safe car parking close your eyes and go for it

Affordable stay compared to other hotels in peak times. It was good. The room was so big. When comes to food, they provide dinner only(we need to pay for food. We ordered chicken lollypop, chicken 65, chicken fried rice and milk, after 45 min they said lollypop & chicken65 not available, they suggested take other menu options, i take only fried rice and butter milk. For room & food 4 out of 5. To management please take food order for available item's only, or else inform the un available items immediately, for me you take 45 min time to inform. And room boys not willing to help in out side food delivery.
